Wood roasted piquillo peppers stuffed with Maryland crab meat, avocado, garlic aioli in fine herbs oil

Cerrano ham drizzled with extra virgin olive oil

Calamares Rellenos (Stuffed Squid)
Grilled stuffed baby squid with crab meat, bell peppers, onions, in a squid ink sauce
